§ 116.15 PERMANENT CONSUMER FIREWORKS RETAIL SALES FACILITIES.

   (A)   Shall be allowed, as defined within this chapter, as a permitted use for retail sales located in C-C-2 (Community Commercial District);

   (B)   Shall comply with all building and zoning requirements for the C-C-2 zoning district, including payment of building permit and inspection fees; and

   (C)   Shall comply with all requirements of 68 O.S., Art. 16, §§ 1621 through 1634 and the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal Commission Rules promulgated under the authority of 68 O.S., Art. 16, § 1633, and as may be amended.
