§ 36.03 FIRE CALLS; CHARGES.
   (A)   All persons and owners of property located outside of the city limits who request service of the Fire Department shall be charged and pay to the city, as reimbursement for the service as follows:
      (1)   For use of equipment, charges and fees shall be the same as the equipment rates established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in effect at the time the services are rendered.
      (2)   Charges for municipal personnel, including members of the Fire Department, shall be computed at the following rates:
         (a)   Chief officers: $15 per hour;
         (b)   Captains: $13 per hour;
         (c)   Lieutenants: $11 per hour; and
         (d)   Firefighters: $10 per hour.
      (3)   Personnel rates shall be at time and one half where individuals work overtime.
   (B)   This section shall not be applicable where the city has entered into a contract for fire services outside the city limits as authorized herein.
