(A) No roof sign shall extend beyond or over the exterior walls of the building on which it is erected.
(B) The maximum height of a roof sign shall not exceed 15 feet, as measured vertically from the level of the top of the parapet wall nearest the sign or from the point of the roof directly under the sign.
(C) Computation of display surface area:
(1) For a roof sign, the permitted display surface area shall be determined hereby; and
(2) The maximum size of a roof sign shall not exceed 200 square feet.
