§ 155.29 CANOPY, MARQUEE AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   The permitted display surface area of all signs in this section shall be determined by § 155.32 of this chapter.
   (B)   No sign in this section shall extend more than six feet above the top of the surface to which it is attached.
   (C)   Regardless of building setback requirements, a canopy, marquee, parapet wall, projecting or combination sign may project from the supporting surface to a distance not to exceed ten feet or to within two feet of the nearest curb line, whichever is the least. No sign shall extend between the ground surface and the bottom level of the canopy or marquee to which the sign is attached.
   (D)   A wall sign may extend from the wall, as provided below.
      (1)   Where the bottom of the sign is less than 14 feet above the level of ground below it, the sign may extend 13 inches from the wall.
      (2)   Where the bottom of the sign is between 14 feet and 30 feet above the level of the ground below it, the sign may extend 22 inches from the wall.
      (3)   Where the bottom of the sign is over 30 feet above the level of the ground below it, the sign may extend up to a maximum of 30 inches from the wall.
   (E)   No sign shall be wider than the surface to which it is affixed, except for a fascia sign.
