§ 155.28 PORTABLE, TEMPORARY SIGNS.
   (A)   Temporary or portable signs shall be permitted to new business for temporary use only.
   (B)   The fee for temporary signs for a business shall be $15 valid for one 15-day period.
   (C)   Temporary or portable signs can be permitted for temporary use only for non-profit organizations.
   (D)   The fee for temporary signs shall be $15 valid for 15 days for a maximum of three times per calendar year.
   (E)   Electric temporary or portable accessory signs must comply with all city electrical codes, and meet the approval requirements of the Electrical Inspector.
   (F)   Portable or temporary signs shall not exceed 32 square feet of display space per side and must be secured to the ground or weighted sufficiently to withstand wind gusts up to 80 mph.
   (G)   The bottom of sign display area not to exceed a height of 36 inches from ground level, and a height not to exceed 92 inches from ground level.
   (H)   All signs must be located within 300 feet of the advertised use.
