§ 155.25 NON-ACCESSORY SIGNS; DISPLAY AREAS.
   (A)   Non-accessory signs shall only be permitted as a primary land use in appropriately zoned areas as outlined herein.
   (B)   The total display surface including and/or all borders shall not exceed 144 square feet.
   (C)   All square footage requirements are figured per side with a maximum of two sides.
   (D)   The overall maximum height shall not exceed 21 feet above ground surface grade at the location of the sign.
   (E)   The minimum clearance between the lowest point of display surface and the ground surface shall not be less than six feet.
   (F)   The maximum width of the sign panel shall be 16 feet.
   (G)   Such sign structures shall be a minimum of 750-foot radius from any other non-accessory type sign excluding non-accessory directional and informational signs.
   (H)   No sign shall be required to have a minimal front yard setback.
   (I)   No such signs shall be constructed, erected, placed or replaced closer than 50 feet to the nearest property line of residentially-developed and/or residentially-zoned property.
   (J)   The name of the sign contractor or the sign owner responsible for erection and maintenance of any sign shall be painted on or attached by use of a name plate in a conspicuous location on the supporting structure or display surface of the sign.
