§ 35.080 PURPOSES OF REVENUES.
   It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this subchapter to provide revenues for the support of the functions of the government of the city, and any and all revenues derived hereunder may be expended by the City Council for any purpose for which funds may be lawfully expended as authorized.
