§ 35.052 CONCLUSION OF PRESENTATION.
   At the conclusion of the presentation of evidence and arguments, the Council may debate the matter and shall thereafter announce its findings of fact and conclusions of law as determined by a majority vote of Council’s total membership. The findings of fact and conclusions of law shall be reduced to writing in a resolution, which shall thereafter be formally submitted for adoption by the Council, and upon adoption the resolution shall be transmitted by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the applicant, to the developer, if the developer is someone other than the applicant, and to the OHFA by not later than the last day of the comment period on the application as set by the OHFA. A copy of this section shall be attached to the resolution. Once adopted by the Council, the resolution shall be considered a final order of the city.
