§ 35.050 ELECTRONIC RECORDING.
   (A)   The proceedings (public hearing) shall be electronically recorded in accordance with the requirements of the state’s Open Meeting Act, being 25 O.S. §§ 301 through 314, and made available in accordance with the requirements of the state’s Open Records Act, being 51 O.S. §§ 24A.1 through 24A.30.
   (B)   In addition, should the applicant, a protestant or another participant require transcription by a licensed court reporter, the cost of the transcription shall be paid by the requesting party.
