(A) Upon receipt of notice to the Mayor from the OHFA of an application and related proposal or project that would utilize low-income housing tax credits, Council shall make a decision concerning the desirability, appropriateness and/or need for the specific application and related proposal or project under the following procedures.
(B) The resulting findings and decision by Council shall be reduced to written comments, findings of fact and/or conclusions of law adopted by resolution of the Council and filed with the OHFA in a timely manner.
