§ 35.032 TERM OF TAX LEVY.
   (A)   This tax that is now levied under § 35.030 of this chapter shall be levied for a term of not less than one year and shall continue in effect until further amended or repealed.
   (B)   It shall be payable quarterly to the City Clerk and placed in the General Fund of the city.
