§ 153.083 STREET LIGHTS.
   The developer shall be responsible for the cost of the installation of street lights within the subdivision.
   (A)   The standard fixture to be utilized in the cost determination shall be 30 feet high metal or wooden poles (Class 6), with appropriate fittings, plus a complete light apparatus per pole, consisting of a housing and a 100-watt high pressure sodium bulb. The developer may choose material exceeding the foregoing specifications at the additional cost therefore, including labor.
   (B)   Lights shall be located at interior intersections on either public or private streets and no more than 300 feet apart. Closer spacing may be appropriate in unusual situations such as curvilinear streets that prohibit visual contact between intersections.
