§ 153.082 STREET AND REGULATORY SIGNS.
   (A)   Street name signs shall be placed at all intersections, within or abutting the subdivision, by the developer. All such signs shall be approved as to type and location by the Utilities and/or Streets Superintendent and/or Planning and Community Development Director.
   (B)   The developer shall deposit with the Streets Superintendent, at the time of approval of the final plat for the subdivision, the sum of $125 for each street name and regulatory sign required by the City Council at street and road intersections. The developer is required to submit the street names and required regulatory signs to the Streets Superintendent who will submit the order for the signs. The developer shall then install all such street and regulatory signs within the subdivision, prior to final inspections and acceptance of public improvements.
