§ 153.077 PLANS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Plans for the improvements required by this subchapter shall be prepared by a registered engineer.
   (B)   One set of as-built plans and specifications, certified and signed by an engineer registered in the state, shall be filed with the City Clerk, prior to the acceptance by the City Council of any improvements installed by the subdivider. As-built drawings shall also be provided on electronic media compatible with the city’s CADD system.
