§ 153.051 SIDEWALKS.

All residential subdivisions shall provide for the installation of sidewalks on section line roads (arterials), local and collector roads, and common areas, except no sidewalks shall be required for residential acreage subdivisions (Zoning Districts A, E-1, E-2 and E-3).
