Filing fees shall be paid to the city at the time of submission of an application for processing and approval of subdivision plats and items set forth below, in the following amounts:
(A) Preliminary plat: $500, plus $5 per lot;
(B) Final plat: $500, plus $5 per lot; and
(1) Final plat engineering improvement plan review: $100 per improvement plan set, which may include:
(a) Water plans;
(b) Sanitary sewer plans;
(c) Paving, drainage and storm sewer plans;
(d) Drainage study report; and
(e) Hydraulic analysis report.
(C) Lot split, deed approval, lot line adjustment: $50.
