In order to partially defray the administrative costs of plat review, a filling fee shall be paid to the City Clerk, at the time of submission of any application relating to the subdivision items, in the following amounts:
(A) Preliminary plat: $500, plus $5 per lot;
(B) Final plat: $500, plus $5 per lot; and
(C) Lot split, deed approval and the like: $50.
