(A) These regulations shall hereafter be known, cited and referred to as the “Subdivision Regulations of the City of Newcastle, Oklahoma”.
(B) The following regulations governing the subdivision and development of land within the jurisdictional area of the city’s Municipal Planning Commission has been prepared, adopted and enacted, (by Ord. 651, passed 10-26-2009) in accordance with, and pursuant to the authority granted by 11 O.S. §§ 45-104, 46-103 and 46-104 and (subsequent amendments thereto).
