§ 150.63 OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES; LIABILITY.
   (A)   Any officer or employee of the city charged with the enforcement of this chapter and acting in good faith and without malice, for the city, in the discharge of his or her duties, shall not thereby render himself or herself liable personally and he or she is hereby relieved from all personal liability for any damage that may accrue to persons or property as a result of any act or omission required or permitted in the discharge of the duties.
   (B)   Any suit brought against any officer or employee because of an act or omission performed by him or her in the enforcement of any provisions of the codes may be defended by the City Attorney until the final termination of the proceedings.
