§ 33.02 ADOPTION OF EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
   The “Employee Retirement System of the City of Newcastle, Oklahoma, Defined Contribution Plan” is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as if set out in full herein.
