§ 32.24 PLUMBING INSPECTOR.
   (A)   There is hereby created the office of Plumbing Inspector for the city.
   (B)   The Plumbing Inspector shall be appointed by the City Manager. The Plumbing Inspector may also hold other positions in the municipal government.
   (C)   The Plumbing Inspector shall have all of the powers and duties prescribed by the Plumbing Code adopted by this code. He or she shall also ensure that all municipal ordinances and regulations relating to water and sanitary plumbing are properly enforced.
