§ 130.05 STATE LAW ADOPTED BY REFERENCE; PENAL CODE; CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.

   (A)   Applicable provisions of O.S. Title 21, as amended, are hereby adopted and incorporated in this code of ordinances, as if set out at length herein.

   (B)   63 O.S. §§ 2-101 through 2-511, as amended, are hereby adopted and incorporated for use, as applicable, in this code of ordinances, as if set out at length herein.
