§ 118.03 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COLLECTOR. Any business or entity which engages in the operation of collecting solid waste, rubbish, refuse, garbage or any other type of waste for hire.
