(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, organization or other entity to sell fireworks to any person under the age of 16 years of age.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 16 years of age to be in possession of fireworks unless a parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult is personally present. Any fireworks found in the possession of a person under the age of 16 years of age shall be confiscated by the city and shall be destroyed forthwith.
