§ 116.07 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
   (A)   No permit shall be issued for any stand or display that is located less than 150 feet from any structure or property under a different ownership or if its use is not in conformance with the zoning ordinances.
   (B)   Permits for fireworks displays shall be issued only for site locations approved by the Fire Department.
