Application for permits for fireworks stands and fireworks displays shall be submitted to the City Clerk and shall contain the information required by the City Clerk on its application form. The application shall be submitted by the City Clerk to the City Manager, Code Enforcement Officer, the Chief of Police and the Fire Chief for their written approval. If written approval is given by the Code Enforcement Officer, the Chief of Police, the Fire Chief and the City Manager, the application shall be deemed approved and no further action necessary. No stand or display shall commence operation until the complete application has been on file for at least 30 days. A plot plan of the site location must be furnished with the filing of the application.
