§ 115.27 CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IN PUBLIC PLACES.

No person within the city shall drink intoxicating liquor in any public place, unless authorized by the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, being 37 O.S. §§ 501 through 566, nor shall any person be intoxicated in a public place within the city.
