§ 115.20 SALE TO MINORS, INCOMPETENT OR INTOXICATED PERSONS PROHIBITED; MINORS ON PREMISES.
   No person shall:
   (A)   Sell, furnish or give any alcoholic beverage to any person who is under the age of 21 years, or to any person who is insane, mentally deficient or intoxicated;
   (B)   If he or she is under the age of 21 years, enter, be or remain in or on the premises of a retail package store, or allow such a person to be, enter or remain in the store; or
   (C)   If he or she is under the age of 21 years, enter, be or remain in a separate or enclosed bar area of the premises of a licensee who holds a license to sell and dispense alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, or allow such a person to enter, be or remain in such separate or enclosed bar area.
