§ 115.01 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL ACT ADOPTED.
    The state's Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, 37A O.S. §§ 1-101 through 6-129, as amended, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference in this code. Applicable provisions of the Act are hereby declared to be in full force, as if included herein in complete detail.
