§ 113.053 OPERATOR’S RESPONSIBILITY.

It shall be the responsibility of the operator to see that all contractors, sub-contractors, agents, employees, and any other person or entity working on or associated with the well site fully comply with all rules and regulations associated with this chapter. The city will hold the operator responsible for all violations of this chapter by any person, entity, or company working on a well site.
