§ 113.016 ANNUAL REGULATION INSPECTION OF WELLS REQUIRED; REPORTS TO CITY MANAGER.

All oil and gas wells shall be inspected annually, or within 60 days of completion, whichever is first. The Oil and Gas Inspector shall annually prepare a report to the City Manager on the condition of each drill site for compliance with this chapter and other applicable laws.
