§ 113.003 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER TO EXISTING OPERATIONS.
   This chapter shall not apply to any producing oil or gas well located within the boundaries of the city on the effective date of this chapter. Such wells shall remain subject to the requirements of any ordinance that was in effect at the time of permitting.
