§ 110.06 TAXICAB OPERATOR’S LICENSE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate one or more taxicabs within the city, without first obtaining an annual taxicab operator’s license from the City Clerk.
   (B)   The City Clerk may issue the license once the applicant has:
      (1)   Paid the annual license fee of $50 for each taxicab;
      (2)   Filed with the City Clerk proof of financial responsibility, as outlined and required by 47 O.S. § 8-104; and
      (3)   Appeared before the City Council for a hearing on his or her application.
   (C)   The City Council shall approve or disapprove the issuance of the license and shall cause the applicant to be notified of its decision and the reasons for disapproval, if applicable.
   (D)   A taxicab operator’s license shall expire on April 30 of each year.
   (E)   Upon revocation or refusal to issue a license, the applicant may request a new hearing before the City Council.
