For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
JUNK MOTOR VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle, as defined herein, which is wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, inoperative, abandoned or discarded.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any vehicle which is self- propelled and designed to travel along the ground, and shall include, but not be limited to, automobiles, buses, motorbikes, motorcycles, motor scooters, trucks, tractors, go-carts and golf carts.
PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
PRIVATE PROPERTY. Any real property within the city, which is not public property, as defined in this section.
PUBLIC PROPERTY. The property which is dedicated to the public use and over which the federal, state or municipal governments or any political subdivision thereof, exercise control and dominion.
