§ 94.02 EXCEPTIONS.

   Persons excepted from § 94.01 of this chapter are those who maintain the vehicles:

   (A)   In enclosed buildings;

   (B)   On the premises of a business enterprise operated in a lawful place and manner, when the vehicles are necessary to the operation of the business; or

   (C)   In an appropriate storage facility or depository which is maintained by or for the city.
