§ 93.04 DRAINAGE OF POLLUTING SUBSTANCES.
   It shall be unlawful for any residence, business or industry to allow drainage of a polluting substance, as defined by 82 O.S. § 1084.2, into any street, alley, sidewalk or public right-of-way of the city.
