(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person convicted of violating the provisions pertaining to gray water discharge, per § 92.06 of this chapter, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200 for each violation or failure to comply.
(2) Each day that a violation or failure to comply exists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense and any one or more of such offense may be set out in any citation or complaint or information filed.
(C) In the event the owner fails to cause the trash to be removed or weeds to be mowed within ten days of being notified of a violation of § 92.26(D) of this chapter, the owner shall be subject to fine in the Municipal Court of up to $100 per day the condition is allowed to continue to exist after notification.
(D) Any property summarily abated by the city shall be charged an additional $200 administrative fee in addition to abatement costs.
