§ 92.24 PRIVATE NUISANCES; POSSIBLE REMEDIES.
   (A)   Every nuisance not included in § 92.20 of this chapter is a private nuisance.
   (B)   The possible remedies against a private nuisance are:
      (1)   Civil action; and
      (2)   Abatement:
         (a)   By the person injured; or
         (b)   By the city, in accordance with state law or ordinance.
