§ 90.42 FEES.
   (A)   The fees for impounding and keeping an animal, to be paid upon redemption, shall be as determined by resolution of the City Council.
   (B)   All fees shall be paid to the City Clerk. Receipt for payment of fees on an impounded animal shall be presented to the Animal Control Officer before the animal shall be released.
