§ 53.11 PAYMENT FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTE DISCHARGES.
   (A)   The city shall from time to time by proper resolution establish sewer use fees to be paid by industrial waste dischargers.
   (B)   The city shall from time to time by proper resolution establish surcharges for excessive strength wastewaters to be paid by industrial waste dischargers.
