(A) All sampling and analytical methods used to meet monitoring requirements shall conform to § 304(h) of the Act, 40 C.F.R. part 136 and ODEQ rules and regulations.
(B) All monitoring and analytical instruments shall be calibrated and maintenance procedures performed to ensure accuracy of measurements and appropriate records of such activities shall be maintained.
(C) An adequate analytical quality control program, including the analyses of sufficient standards, spikes and duplicate samples to insure the accuracy to all required analytical testing shall be maintained by all industrial waste dischargers permitted by the city.
