Each non-residential structure connected to the municipal sanitary sewer system shall pay an impact fee of $1,200 for such connection. In addition thereto, the city shall require an inspection of the tap on the connection by the Municipal Building Inspector. The charge for such inspection shall be $50. It shall be unlawful to use such system until the impact fee and inspection fee have been paid and the tap has been approved by the Municipal Building Inspector.
