§ 53.02 USE OF MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to make any connection to the municipal sewer system without first complying with all applicable provisions of this code of ordinances, and all other requirements of the city and the Public Works Authority.
   (B)   Property located outside of the city limits may be connected to the municipal sewer system only after the property is annexed and receives approval by the City Council for said connection. Requirements for said connection shall also include any additional conditions established in this code of ordinances, the city’s adopted subdivision regulations or other policies or regulations of the city or the Public Works Authority.
   (C)   The city shall from time to time by proper resolution establish sewer user charges.
