§ 39.02 JURISDICTION.
   The Municipal Court shall exercise original jurisdiction to hear and determine all prosecutions wherein a violation of any provision of this code of ordinances or of any other ordinance of the city is charged, including any prosecutions transferred to the Court, in accordance with applicable laws.
