§ 150.46 LICENSE.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation, except a licensed house mover, shall engage in the business of moving houses, buildings or other structures within the city.
   (B)   A house mover’s license may be obtained from the City Clerk and a fee per Appendix A, Table 6, Line 1 to the City Clerk is paid.
   (C)   The license shall expire one year following date of issuance and no reduction of fee for a partial year shall be made.
   (D)   Employees of duly licensed house movers shall not be required to obtain the license or pay the fee in connection with work performed by them in the regular course of employment.
