§ 37.06 PLUMBING CODE REVIEW BOARD.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Plumbing Code Review Board for the city whose members shall serve at the discretion of the City Manager.
   (B)   The Board shall have a minimum of five members, and shall be representative of city staff whose jobs relate in some way to use of the Plumbing Code of the city and related businesses and interested residents of the city.
   (C)   The purpose of the Board shall be to review and recommend, to the City Council, proposed changes to the Plumbing Code adopted by the city. The Board shall also serve as the Gas Advisory Board for the city.
