§ 37.05 ELECTRICAL CODE REVIEW BOARD.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Electrical Code Review Board for the city, whose members shall serve at the discretion of the City Manager.
   (B)   The Board shall have a minimum of five members and shall be representative of city staff whose jobs relate in some way to use of the Electrical Code and related businesses and interested residents.
   (C)   The purpose of the Board shall be to review and recommend, to the City Council, proposed changes to the Electrical Code adopted by the city.
