§ 33.35  EXEMPTION.
   Nothing in this subchapter relating to reports required by this subchapter, shall be deemed or construed to apply to any person who has received a full pardon for each crime enumerated in § 33.30, whereof he shall have been convicted, or to any person, so convicted, who is no longer upon parole or probation.
