It shall be unlawful for any person described in this subchapter to furnish in any report required by this subchapter, any false or fictitious address, or any address other than his present or intended true address, or any false, untrue, or misleading information or statement as to any matters required, or to fail, neglect, or refuse to make any such report, or to furnish all such information, or to allow the taking of his photograph or fingerprints, relating to any matters so required by this subchapter.
