Any person engaged in the removal of any building as provided for in this subchapter shall, not later than 6:30 p.m., standard time, of each day that the building is being moved on, over, or along any sidewalk, street, alley, or other public ground of the city, file a written report with the Chief of the Fire Department, stating the exact location at that hour of the building that is being moved.
