§ 150.28  REVOCATION AND REVIEW.
   (A)   A building permit is subject to revocation at any time the permitted work is found not to be in compliance with this code.
   (B)   A building permit ay be reviewed by the Building Commissioner for refusal or revocation, or by the Plan Commission executive and issued or reinstated upon such terms and conditions as they may find required by this code.
